Injuries on duty

Generally we are not able to assist in matters involving work related injuries. The relevant legislation prevents you from suing your employer or fellow employee for injuries sustained on duty and your claim for these matters lie with the Compensation Commissioner. However, there are exceptions, for example if you were employed by a different employer or labour broker then the party whose negligence caused the injuries.
